Asian University interior design students do not forget to realize their social responsibilities in epidemic prevention.

Students from the Interior Design Department of Asia University participated in the "New Taipei City Ruifang Animal House Architectural Design Competition" organized by the New Taipei City Government. The students of our school won awards as "preferred" and "excellent works". The competition for images hopes to explore the aesthetics and creativity of animal shelter architecture through the open competition for images, and to promote the participation of the public in animal protection policies, and to give it a warm home. Five students from 2 groups of our department participated in the competition. The fourth year Tang Manting and Zeng Fanling's entry "Let's Live Together!" won the "Preferred", and the sophomore Sun Yuting, Huang Qimei, and Cai Yulin's entry "Jihui" won "excellent work".
Lin Jia Hui, the instructor of the design competition, said that through the competition, students can continuously have innovative and creative ideas for their interior design works, and at the same time keep up with social current affairs and world trends, which is a necessary condition for training students to become an interior designer.
Li Yuan Rong, Dean of the School of Creative Design and Director of the Department of Interior Design, said that the department encourages students to participate in competitions, based on social responsibility, and care about environmental and social issues, so that students can meet the self-development positioning of the department during the school period: to inspire students in interior design Creativity in thinking and practice, to cultivate students with the professional ability of aesthetics and information integration, and to cultivate contemporary interior design professionals with cultural, international and coordinated nature.
