This final review marked a key milestone for the students, who worked on creative proposals to renovate the fourth-floor agricultural market operated by the Wufeng Farmers' Association, aiming to transform it into an attractive social media hotspot. Course instructors Prof. Yun-Jui Lee, Prof. Chao-Feng Lai, and Prof. Chin-Cheng Hsu each nominated 3 to 4 outstanding student teams to present their work in this culminating event.
During the review session, Mr. Lin and Ms. Liao provided professional feedback, praising the students' creativity while also offering valuable suggestions to enhance the practicality and user experience of their designs. They noted that the students' proposals reflected the vibrant energy of the younger generation and offered diverse, inspiring ideas for revitalizing the marketplace.
The instructors also highlighted that this collaboration with a real-world client allowed students to deepen their design skills while gaining hands-on experience in client communication, field analysis, and professional presentation.
This final review event not only marked an important learning experience for the freshmen but also strengthened the growing partnership between the Wufeng Farmers' Association and Asia University's Department of Interior Design.
